Judge Posner will be the 1st Yuen Fellow of the Program for Law & Technology at California Institute of Technology and Loyola Law School. The Program was conceived by a joint alumnus, Henry C. Yuen, President & Chief Executive Officer, Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc. The purpose of the program is to explore the intersection of law and science especially in areas of emerging technologies.
