The digital revolution in information technology is several decades old. But some of the technological promises of that revolution are yet to be fully realized. This is most apparent, and most contentious, in the area of High Definition Television (HDTV).

The conference and mock trial will explore current and emerging DRM systems and their associated legal protections, in the context of actual usage of digital media. The mock scenario will employ innovative technological techniques and legal arguments both in favor of, and challenging, the field of Digital Rights Management.  MORE >>
