The October 23rd, program aims to increase
awareness of the frontiers of Internet law, by simulating a patent infringement
case brought by a software developer, "Closed Corporation", against
an Internet user group, "Open Sesame". The simulated trial will
take place on 23 October 1999 at Ramo Auditorium, on the California Institute
of Technology campus.
